Eggs Benedict




Classic Eggs Benedict
Ingredients:
4 English muffins
8 eggs
4 slices of ham or Canadian bacon
1 recipe Hollandaise sauce (as per the Simply Recipes link)
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Pinch of paprika (optional), for garnish
Directions:
Prepare Hollandaise sauce as per the Simply Recipes guide.
Toast the English muffins and keep them warm.
Fry the ham or Canadian bacon until lightly browned. Keep warm.
Poach eggs to your preference.
Assemble the Eggs Benedict: Place a slice of ham on each muffin half, top with a poached egg, and spoon over the Hollandaise sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley and a pinch of paprika.
