Ingredients:
🍕 1 pre-made pizza dough
🍅 1 cup pizza sauce
🧀 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🥚 4 large eggs
🍕 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, creating a solid base.
Using the back of a spoon, create small wells in the cheese layer to hold the eggs.
Place pepperoni slices evenly on top of the cheese layer.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for approximately 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. While the pizza is baking, fry the eggs in a separate pan until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
Remove the pizza from the oven. Place the fried eggs in the wells, and add sliced cucumbers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the entire pizza with olive oil for added richness (optional) .
