Ingredients:
🍗 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
🍇 1/2 cup dried cranberries
🌰 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
🌿 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
🥣 1/2 cup mayonnaise
🧄 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌯 4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas
🌱 Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook and shred the chicken beforehand. You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
Mix the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and finely chopped celery.
Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and garlic powder until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
