Ingredients:

๐Ÿ„ 1 pound (450g) button mushrooms, cleaned and halved
๐Ÿงˆ 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
๐Ÿง„ 4 cloves garlic, minced
๐ŸŒฟ 1 teaspoon dried thyme
๐ŸŒฟ 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
๐Ÿง‚ Salt and black pepper to taste
๐ŸŒฑ 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
๐ŸŒฟ1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Step 1: Prep the Mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and halve them.
Step 2: Garlic Butter Sauce
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.
Step 3: Sautรฉ Mushrooms
Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until they start to brown.

Step 4: Develop Flavors
Sprinkle dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Drizzle olive oil for added richness.
Continue cooking until mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
Step 5: Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the mushrooms.
Toss everything together and adjust seasoning if needed.
