Golden Crispy Fried Shrimp


1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:

Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Dredge the shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
