Salisbury Steak 🥩🍄🍝

Ingredients:

For Salisbury Steak:
🥩 1.5 lbs ground beef
🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
🧅 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
🥛 1/4 cup milk
🥚 1 egg
🍲 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

For Sautéed Mushrooms and Onions:
🍄 2 cups sliced mushrooms
🧅 1 large onion, thinly sliced
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

For Pasta:
🍝 8 oz fettuccine pasta
🧂 Salt for boiling

For Corn:
🌽 2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧂 Salt to taste

For Gravy:
🥩 2 cups beef broth
🍚 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Salisbury Steak: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, minced garlic, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Divide the mixture and shape into oval patties.

- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add sliced mushrooms and onions to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are tender and golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pasta: Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Corn: In a separate pan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add corn kernels and sauté until they are heated through. Season with salt to taste.

- Salisbury Steak (Continued): Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side and set aside.
In the same skillet, add 2 cups of beef broth and bring to a simmer. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of flour with a bit of water to create a smooth paste.
Whisk the flour paste into the simmering broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving:
Place fettuccine pasta on a plate, add Salisbury steak patties then spoon sautéed mushrooms and onions over the patties. Drizzle the savory gravy over the Salisbury steak.
