25 Oreo Cookies
5 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
For the Ganache:
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
1 Tablespoon butter
For the Filling:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 cup (4 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
Directions:
1. Prepare the Crust:
In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine crumbs form.
Combine the Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
