๐Ÿ— Baked Paprika-Parmesan Chicken  ๐Ÿง€

๐Ÿ•’ Preparation Time: 15 minutes 

Ingredients :

๐ŸŒพ 60g all-purpose flour                                              ๐ŸŒถ️ 2 teaspoons paprika                                             ๐Ÿง‚ 1 teaspoon salt                                                       ⚫ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper                                   ๐Ÿฅš 1 egg                                                                            ๐Ÿฅ› 30ml milk                                                                   ๐Ÿง€ 100g grated Parmesan cheese                            ๐Ÿž 60g seasoned bread crumbs                                ๐Ÿ— 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves.         ๐Ÿงˆ 60g butter, melted

Directions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.                                                                2️⃣ In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another dish, beat together the egg and milk. In a third dish, mix the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.                                                       3️⃣ Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, then coat in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.                                                                  4️⃣ Drizzle melted butter evenly over the chicken.                                                                             5️⃣ Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear.
