BREAD:

- 🥄 200 grams (1 cup) sugar

- 🥄 120 grams (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 🍍 565 grams (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained (save 2-3 tablespoons of the juice for the glaze)
GLAZE:

- 🥄 30-45 milliliters (2-3 tablespoons) reserved pineapple juice

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bread pan.
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, beat the egg, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4️⃣ Add the flour mixture into the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
5️⃣ Add the sour cream and mix until just combined, then fold in the crushed pineapple.
