Easy Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls 🫐
𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
☑️ 1 pack refrigerated crescent roll dough
☑️ 8 oz cream cheese, brought to room temperature
☑️ 1/2 cup fine white sugar
☑️ 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
☑️ 1 cup plump blueberries (fresh or thawed if frozen)
☑️ 1 tbsp finely grated lemon peel
☑️ 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar for the final touch

𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, white sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles on your work surface.
4. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
5. Sprinkle blueberries and a pinch of lemon zest over the cream cheese.
6. Carefully roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end.
7. Place the rolls on your prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls turn golden brown.
9. Allow the rolls to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
10. Dust the warm rolls with powdered sugar just before serving.
