Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 🧀
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped 🍒
1/4 cup pecans, chopped 🌰
1/4 cup green onions, chopped 🌿
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄
1/2 teaspoon salt 🧂
1/2 cup pecans and dried cranberries, chopped (for coating) 🌰🍒
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, green onions, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Form the Cheese Ball

Using your hands or a spatula, shape the cheese mixture into a ball. Place it on a piece of plastic wrap, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Coat the Cheese Ball

In a shallow bowl, mix together the additional chopped pecans and cranberries. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the pecan-cranberry mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Serve and Enjoy

Place the cheese ball on a serving plate, surrounded by crackers, baguette slices, or veggie sticks.
