Ginger Molasses Christmas Cookies
Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cloves
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add egg and molasses.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, ginger, baking soda, cinnamon, and cloves.
4. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
5. Roll dough into balls, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Total Time: 27 minutes
