Bread Pudding
Bread Pudding 4 eggs, slightly beaten. 6 Tablespoons Sugar. 1/4 teaspoon Salt. 1 Tablespoon Butter. 1/4 reaspoon Nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon. 3 cups scalded milk. 1/2 cup Raisins. 1 3/4 cups Bread Crumbs. 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Combine Eggs, Sugar, Salt, and Butter and Spices. Add Milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add Raisins, Bread and Vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well greased baking dish. Swt in pan of warm water. Bake in moderate oven (375F), until an inserted knife comes out xlean.
