Swiss Cake Rolls ups
1. Vanilla Swiss Roll
Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup cake flour
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• 1¼ cups whipped cream (for filling)
Instructions
1. Beat eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy.
2. Add vanilla extract.
3. Sift flour and salt; gently fold into batter.
4. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
5. Roll cake while warm and let cool.
6. Unroll, spread whipped cream evenly.
7. Roll tightly, chill for 30 minutes, slice and serve.
2. Chocolate Swiss Roll
Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• ¾ cup cake flour
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1¼ cups whipped cream
Instructions
1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
2. Sift flour and cocoa powder together.
3. Fold dry ingredients gently.
4. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
5. Roll warm cake and cool.
6. Fill with whipped cream.
7. Roll again and refrigerate before slicing.
3. Strawberry Swiss Roll
Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup cake flour
• Pinch of salt
• 1¼ cups whipped cream
• ½ cup diced strawberries
Instructions
1. Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
2. Fold in flour and salt.
3. Bake and roll while warm.
4. Once cool, spread whipped cream.
5. Sprinkle diced strawberries evenly.
6. Roll carefully and chill before serving.
4. Mango Swiss Roll

6. Roll tightly and chill before slicing.
6. Raspberry Swiss Roll
Ingredients
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup cake flour
• Pinch of salt
• 1¼ cups whipped cream
• Raspberry jam or fresh raspberries
Instructions
1. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
2. Fold in flour and salt.
3. Bake and roll while warm.
4. Spread whipped cream and raspberry jam.
5. Roll gently to keep shape.
6. Chill, slice, and serve.
