Lemon Squares
Lemon Squares.
1 cup Flour.
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar.
1/2 cup Butter.
Blend throughly and press into a 8x8 pan. Bake at 350F 20-25 minutes.
2 eggs, beaten.
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder.
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice.
1 cup White Sugar.
1/4 teaspoon Salt.
Beat eggs ect. And pour over baked crust. Naked 20-25 minutes more
. Do not over bake. Cut in squares when cool. Butter the knife to cut.
