🐟 Lemon Garlic Salmon with Creamy Spinach Pasta 🍝
Ingredients:
🐟 Salmon - 1kg
🧂 Salt and pepper
🧄 2 cloves of garlic
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🧂 Salt
🍝 Pasta - 250g
🫒 Olive oil
🧅 1 onion
🍅 1 teaspoon tomato paste
🍃 Thyme
🌿 Spinach - 300g
🍗 Chicken broth
🧀 Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
🧂 Salt
🍬 Sugar (to taste)
Instructions:
🐟 Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
🧄 Finely chop the garlic cloves.
🍋 Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon and set it aside.
🍝 Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
🫒 Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the salmon on both sides until it is well cooked. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
🧅 In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until they are golden.
🍅 Add the tomato paste and cook for a minute.
🔥 Pour the lemon juice into the pan and let the sauce reduce over high heat.
🌿 Add the spinach to the pan and cook until it wilts.
🍗 Pour the chicken broth into the pan and simmer for a few minutes.
🧀 Stir in the cream cheese until it melts and is well combined. Season with salt and thyme.
