Delicate Creamy Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
- Salmon - 400 g
- Olive oil
- Butter - 15 g
- Onions - 1/2 (approximately 50 g)
- Whipping cream - 200 g (30-33% fat content)
- Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan cheese) - 30 g
- Spinach - 40 g
- Lemon
- Salt
- Black pepper

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Calories (per serving): Approximately 500-600 calories

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.
3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the salmon fillets, skin side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the onions and cook until they become translucent.
5. Reduce the heat and add the whipping cream and Parmigiano Reggiano to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet, placing them skin side up in the sauce. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
7. Meanwhile, sauté the spinach in a separate pan with a little olive oil until wilted.
8. Serve the salmon on a bed of sautéed spinach, drizzle with the creamy sauce, and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
