Watermelon Honey

Watermelon Honey Sugar free ! 1 ingredient! E Ingredients: - 1 large watermelon Instructions: 1. Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing the seeds and rind. 2. Place the watermelon chunks in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 3. Pour the pureed watermelon into a large pot or saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. 4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the watermelon simmer for about 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally, until it has thickened to a jam-like consistency. 5. Keep an eye on the jam and stir more frequently as it thickens to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. 6. Once the watermelon jam has thickened, remove it from the heat and let it cool completely. 7. Transfer the cooled jam into sterilized jars or containers and store them in the refrigerator. 8. .:。 ✿*゚'゚Golden Corral's Famous yeast rolls*.:。 ✿*゚'゚ 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 (.25 oz) pkg. active/dry yeast 1/4 cup warm water 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup warm milk 4 cups all-purpose flour Dissolve yeast in the 1/4 cup warm water and set aside. Beat eggs and sugar together with a whisk, add melted butter. (I just melt in the microwave for about 30 seconds). Add salt and warm milk to egg mixture, then add yeast and flour and mix well with spoon. Do not have your melted butter or warm milk hot. It will kill the yeast. Once all ingredients are combined, cover with a dish towel and let rise in warm place for at least six hours or overnight. Two hours before cooking, punch down dough, spray muffin pans, pinch off three pieces of dough for each muffin cup about the size of a walnut. Dip each piece in melted butter. Oven Baked S'Mores

OVEN BAKED S'MORES  Ingredients: 2 pkgs. Crescent rolls Large Hershey bar (or other milk chocolate bar) Bag of large marshmallows 8 squares of graham crackers, crushed 2 Tbsp. melted butter Cupcake liners Directions: Heat oven to 375 Put cupcake liners in muffin pan. Crush graham crackers ahead of time and place in a shallow bowl or dish. Melt butter, and set aside. Open up each crescent roll and place a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow at the large end. Roll up carefully, making sure that all of the edges are pinched shut, and that no chocolate or marshmallow is showing through. Brush rolls with melted butter, then roll into the graham cracker crumbs. Cover completely. Place in individual cupcake liners. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely before serving!! No-bake Salted Caramel Cookies INGREDIENTS: 2 cups granulated sugar 3/4 cup butter (1 1/2 sticks) 2/3 cup evaporated milk 3.4 ounces instant butterscotch pudding mix 3 1/2 cups quick oats dash salt to taste 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup toffee chips INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Measure the oats. Set aside. Put the chocolate chips in the freezer. 2. Add sugar, butter, a dash of salt, and evaporated milk to a medium sauce pan. Stirring frequently bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat. Boil for 30 seconds. A full rolling boil is a vigorous bubbling boil that doesn't stop when stirred. 3. Remove from heat and add oats and dry pudding. Stir. Let sit for a few minutes until it cools a little bit. 4. Add chocolate chips and toffee chips to the cookie mixture. Gently and quickly stir, do not over stir or else the chocolate chips will be completely melted. 5. Farmer Casserole ingredients: 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 large beaten eggs Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk 1/4 t. salt  1/4 t. pepper Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Salmon Patties

Southern Fried Salmon Patties  INGREDIENTS  1 (14 3/4 ounce) canned salmon  1/4 cup onion, finely chopped  1/4 cup cornmeal  1/4 cup flour  1 egg  3 tablespoons mayonnaise  DIRECTIONS  Open salmon and drain thoroughly. Place drained salmon in mixing bowl and flake evenly with a fork.  Add onion, corn meal, flour, mayonnaise, and egg. Stir until well blended.  Shape the mixture into patties about the size of an average burger or less.  Cook in oil in skillet over medium heat until browned on each side. Funnel Cakes

State Fair Funnel Cakes Ingredients: 3 large EGGS 1/4 cup Sugar 2 cups milk 3 2/3 cups Flour 1/2 teaspoon Salt 2 teaspoon Baking Powder Vegetable oil Instructions: Beat eggs and sugar together and then add the milk slowly--beat. Add the dry ingredients and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour batter into a funnel and at the same time, use your finger to plug the hole. In a large cast iron pot, add 2 inches of oil to the bottom. When the oil becomes hot, move your hand over the pot and slowly release your finger so the batter can start cooking.
