Make brownies in muffin pans.  They are all crispy outside and chewy inside. Then there is no fighting over the corner pieces lol I Use 2 boxes of brownie mix to make 24 cupcake brownies. Add an extra egg. Spray the pans very well with nonstick spray and they'll pop right out using the tip of a butter knife. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Old Fashioned Fudge Icing This is a very old recipe, and it takes a little practice to get it just right. Don't be discouraged if you don't get it on your first attempt. The weather does play a role in this too, just like candy making. If it is a hot humid day, it will take a little longer to set up. You will get better with each time. ~~Ingredients ~~ 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter (stick) 1/2 cup cocoa 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp. vanilla extract ~~Instructions ~~ **Cooking the fudge icing In a medium, heavy pot mix the sugar, cocoa, and salt with a whisk til combine. Then use a wooden spoon. Gradually stir in milk. Add the butter. Bring to a full rapid boil that can't be stirred down. Boil exactly 3 minutes, 45 seconds, stirring constantly. Add the vanilla extract last because the flavor of vanilla is diminished the longer it cooks. Then cool no more than 5 minutes. **Beating the fudge icing.
