Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:
2 lb. (0.9 kg) chicken tenderloin chunks
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce

Directions:
1. Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Stir well until the brown sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Prepare Chicken
Place the chicken tenderloin chunks into the crockpot. Pour the pineapple juice mixture over the chicken, ensuring that each piece is well coated.
3. Cook
Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours. The slow cooking process will allow the chicken to become tender and absorb all the delicious flavors.
4. Serve
