Salami Cream Cheese Roll-Ups


 
Easy Salami Cream Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
20 thin slices of salami
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Lay out the salami slices on a flat surface.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, green onions, roasted red peppers, and garlic powder until well combined.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each salami slice.
Roll up the salami slices tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Slice the roll-ups into 1-inch pieces and serve.
