Tater Tot Bake





Cheesy Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:

1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
12 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the tater tots in a single layer.
Spread the cooked sausage, onion, and bell pepper mixture over the tater tots.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tot and sausage layers.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
