Meatloaf Ingredients : 2 eggs 2/3 cup milk 25 Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 cup chopped onion 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon mustard Directions : -Preheat oven to 350. -Beat eggs. Add milk and crackers. Stir in onion and cheese. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into a loaf. I made mine in a 8×8 pan. -Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until cooked thru. -Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to make topping. Spoon half of the topping over the meatloaf after 30 mins of baking. Return loaf to oven for 10 more mins of baking. Hamburger Steaks with Onion Gravy Ingredients:_____ - 1 lb ground beef - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup milk - 1 egg - 1 onion, finely chopped - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce - Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 2 cups beef broth - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour - Fresh parsley for garnish _____Directions:_____ 1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into oval-shaped patties. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed.
