Truck Drivets Gravy

TRUCK DRIVER'S GRAVY  
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour, self rising
3/4 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
Pepper to suit taste
1 can (14 oz.)  beef broth, or chicken broth
Melt butter in fryer, add flour, stir until smooth and brown. Add water beef broth and soup, stirring until smooth and creamy. Delicious on rice, potatoes, or hot biscuits
