Ingredients:
- 454 grams ground beef (1 lb)
- Wheat tortillas
- Bacon slices
- 1 large onion
- Cheddar cheese
- 15 ml Sriracha sauce (1 tablespoon)
- 15 ml mustard (1 tablespoon)
- 15 ml mayonnaise (1 tablespoon)
- 5 grams celery salt (1 teaspoon)
- 5 grams onion powder (1 teaspoon)
- 5 grams garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- 5 grams smoked paprika (1 teaspoon)
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
2. Cook the bacon slices in a separate skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
3. Finely chop the onion.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the Sriracha sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, celery salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to make the sauce.
5. Warm the wheat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave to make them more pliable.
6. To assemble each wrap, place a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of the sauce in the center of the tortilla.
7. Layer some cooked ground beef, bacon slices, chopped onion, and cheddar cheese on top of the sauce.
8. Fold the edges of the tortilla up and over the filling, creating a square shape and sealing the wrap.
9. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the wraps, seam side down, onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
10. Remove from the skillet and cut each wrap in half or quarters.
11. Serve the crunchy cheeseburger wraps hot and enjoy!
