Peppered Cheddat Dip

Peppered Cheddar Dip

1 1/2 Sour Cream 
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese 
1/4 cup finely chopped Onion 
3 Tbsp minced Green Pepper 
1/4 tsp Salt 
1/8th rsp Hot Sauce 
1 Tbsp Milk 

Mix all, together. If needed add another tablespoon of milk to make a good dipping consistency. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. 

Makes 2 cups
