Easy Yeast Rolla

I don't think I want to pre-heat my oven for an hour before I bake the rolls... so that should have been in the instructions. Just a heads up.  EASIEST YEAST ROLLS EVER: 1 pack yeast 3/4 cup warm water 2 1/2 cups Bisquick 1 Tbsp sugar 1/4 cup melted butter Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve yeast in water. Put Bisquick, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl mix well flour your work surface turn dough out knead for 12-15x shape into rolls place in a greased pan cover with damp towel let rise 1 hour brush with melted butter bake for 12-15 minutes add more butter. Candied Apples for Halloween Recipe Ingredients: 8 small apples 8 wooden sticks 2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon red food coloring Optional: candy decorations or sprinkles Instructions: Prepare the apples: Wash and thoroughly dry the apples. Remove any stems and insert a wooden stick into the top of each apple. Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and set aside. Mexican Casserole Easy 30-Minute Mexican Casserole Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef 1 (15-oz) can Ranch Style beans 1 (10-12 oz) bag tortilla chips, crushed (not the whole bag used) 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained 1 small onion, chopped 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 (1-oz) package taco seasoning 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup ½ cup water Sour cream and salsa for serving Directions: Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large skillet, brown meat and drain off fat. Stir in beans, tomatoes, onion, taco seasoning, soup, and water. Simmer over medium-low heat until well combined and heated through. 3 double batches of peanut butter fudge. Recipe 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 tsp of vanilla. Tortillas  6 cups All purpose flour 1 tsp. Baking powder 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 cup Vegetable shortening, cut into small pieces 2 1/2 cups Warm water Place the flour in the bowl of a mixer. Add baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add shortening. Mix on low while slowly adding water. Mix on low for 90 seconds or until well mixed. Scrape the dough out of the bowl and onto a floured surface. Divide dough into 2 equal portions. Cover with plastic wrap, set aside at room temperature for 20 minutes. Divide each half into 8 equal portions. Lightly flour a work surface and rolling pin. Roll each ball into an 8-inch round. Stack rounds on baking sheet with plastic wrap between each tortilla. Let set for 10 minutes. Old Fashioned Hershey Cocoa Fudge  3 cups sugar 2/3 cup cocoa 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups whole milk, no substitute 1/4 cup real butter, no substitute 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with foil; butter foil. In large heavy saucepan stir together first three ingredients; stir in milk, with a wooden spoon*. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil without stirring, to 234 degrees F on a candy thermometer (or until syrup, when dropped in very cold water forms a soft ball which flattens when removed from water). Bulb of candy thermometer should not rest on bottom of pan. (This can take 20-30 minutes). Remove from heat. Add butter & vanilla. DO NOT STIR! Cool at room temperature to 110 degrees F (lukewarm). (This can take 2 to 2-1/2 hours). Beat with wooden spoon until fudge thickens & loses some of its gloss. (This can take 15-20 minutes. It really works best if you have someone to 'tag-team' with.)

Peel and core the apples, then cut each apple into 4 wedges. Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles and place an apple wedge on the wide end of each triangle. Roll up starting at the wide end, and pinch to seal. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until the sugar is dissolved. Pour this mixture over the rolled-up dough and apples in the baking dish. Pour the Sprite or 7UP around the edges of the pan, being careful not to wash the sugar mixture off the dumplings. Sprinkle the top with a pinch of nutmeg. HOT FUDGE PIE🖤 Easy!!! Don't Lose it!!! Ingredients: 1 stick butter, softened 1 c sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 3 Tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 c all purpose flour Instructions Preheat oven to 350. Cream together butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well by hand. Add cocoa powder, salt and flour and stir by hand until well combined. Hand mix to make it gooey, because if you use a mixer, it will have more of a brownie or cake texture, rather than gooey. Apple Pie Biscuits Ingredients 1 can of buttermilk biscuits 1 can apple pie filling 1/2 c butter melted 1/2 c brown sugar 1 tbs cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla extract Icing: 1/2 c confection sugar. 1 tbs milk Lightly grease pan or skillet. In a bowl mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg. Dip each biscuit in butter and cover all sides with the sugar mix. Arrange in pan. Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces. Mix in vanilla extract. KING RANCH BEEF CASSEROLE Yield: 5-6 servings Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 40 minutes Total Time: 1 hour INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 medium onion, diced 1 cup bell pepper, diced dash of salt 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken 1 10 oz. can mild rotel tomatoes, drained 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp chili powder 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 10 corn tortillas DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the beef and onions. When meat has almost cooked all the way add the bell pepper and sprinkle with a dash of salt. When the meat is brown and thoroughly cooked drain the grease from the pan. Heat a medium size sauce pan over low/medium heat. Add the cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, rotel tomatoes, garlic powder and chili powder. Stir and cook until the mixture is warm and then turn off the heat.
