Peanut Butter COOKIES

Peanut Butter Cookies Ingredients : 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/4 cups sifted flour 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt Directions : Preheat oven to 375°..  Mix first six ingredients. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Roll into balls and press down with a fork dipped in sugar or flour. Bake for 10-12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Follow me for more great posts!!! Peanut Butter Bon Bon

PEANUT BUTTER BON BONS 16 oz. box graham cracker crumbs 16 oz. jar peanut butter, creamy or chunky style 1 c. butter 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/3 cube paraffin wax, appoximately 2 x 3 x 1/2 inch thick 12 oz. pkg. of choc. chips Mix ingredients together, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar in mixing bowl. Shape by hand into round bon bons, approximately 1 inch in diameter. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Place wax in double boiler or use small pan of water to melt wax. After wax melts, add chocolate chips and blend by hand. When mixture becomes liquid, start dipping refrigerated bon bons, using tongs to chop sticks. Small batch yeast rolls

 This recipe makes 4 nice size dinner rolls that are fluffy and delicious.  These only have one rise in the pan which saves time over a  Mini Batch Homemade Dinner Rolls 1/4 C. warm milk 3/4 tsp. yeast 1 T. sugar 1 egg, room temp. and beaten 1-1 1/4 C. all purpose flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 T. melted butter In a mixing bowl add the milk and yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.  Stir in the remaining ingredients, starting with 1 C. of the flour adding more if needed to form a soft dough.  Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1 minute.  Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll into balls.  Place them in a lightly buttered 6" round pan.  Cover and let rise for 35 minutes.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes, until lightly browned.  Brush with melted butter if desired before serving. 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls Ingredients: - 8 oz cream cheese, softened   - 1 cup creamy peanut butter   - 1 cup powdered sugar   Directions: 1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter. Mix until smooth and well blended. 2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring continuously until the mixture is thick and firm enough to shape. 3. Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into bite-sized balls. 4. Place the peanut butter balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm before serving. Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 0 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes plus chilling time Kcal: Approximately 90 kcal per ball | Servings: 20 servings Tips:   For easier shaping, chill the mixture for 15 minutes before rolling into balls.   Roll the balls in crushed nuts or cocoa powder for added texture and flavor.
