Halloween Chex Mix



This Halloween Chex Mix is the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and spooky! It's easy to make and impossible to resist. 🎃🍬

Halloween Chex Mix
Ingredients:
For the Sauce:

🧈 ¼ cup butter, melted
🍬 ¼ cup brown sugar
🍂 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
🍨 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chex Mix:

🥣 4 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal
🥨 2 cups pretzels
🥄 1 (6 oz) bag Caramel Bugles
🍬 1 (8 oz) bag Halloween M&M's (Ghouls Mix)
🍬 1 cup harvest candy mix (candy corn, candy pumpkins)
🥜 ½ cup Reese's pieces
Directions:
✔️ In a large mixing bowl, combine the Honey Nut Chex cereal, pretzels, and Caramel Bugles.

✔️ In a separate small bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until well combined.

✔️ Gradually pour the butter mixture over the dry mix, stirring as you go to ensure everything is evenly coated.

✔️ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Spread the mixture into an even layer on the sheet.

✔️ Bake at 275°F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.

✔️ Once the mix is done baking, let it cool completely on the baking sheet.

✔️ After cooling, mix in the Halloween M&M's, harvest candy mix, and Reese's pieces.

Salted Caramel Apple Pie 🍏🍮🥧 Ingredients: 1 pre-made pie crust 6 cups thinly sliced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp) 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash) Coarse sea salt (for topping) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and lemon juice.
