Buttering dessert

Found on FB. Twenty years ago, I was a newlywed in one of the largest cities in the U.S. My husband worked long hours, and I was often lonely—missing home, missing family, missing the rhythm of the life I'd known. That year, for the first time in my 23 years, we weren't going to make it home for Easter. Thankfully, my sister and her husband hopped on a plane to visit. Salted Caramel Apple Pie 🍏🍮🥧 Ingredients: 1 pre-made pie crust 6 cups thinly sliced apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp) 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash) Coarse sea salt (for topping) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pre-made pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the apples evenly. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust, spreading it out evenly. Drizzle 1/4 cup of the salted caramel sauce over the apples. INGREDIENTS 400 g (3 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour 50g (1/4 cup) sugar 5 g (1 tsp) salt 7g dry yeast 250 ml (1 cup) lukewarm milk 1 large egg 55g (1/4 cup) butter 8 g (1 tbsp.) minced garlic Garlic butter: 8 g (1 tbsp.) minced garlic 1 g (2 tsp) dried parsley 55g 1/3 cup salted butter, melted METHOD In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt and instant yeast.
