Meatloaf Ingredients : 2 eggs 2/3 cup milk 25 Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 cup chopped onion 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 1/2 lbs ground beef 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon mustard Directions : -Preheat oven to 350. -Beat eggs. Add milk and crackers. Stir in onion and cheese. Add ground beef. Mix well. Shape into a loaf. I made mine in a 8×8 pan. -Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until cooked thru. -Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard to make topping. Spoon half of the topping over the meatloaf after 30 mins of baking. Return loaf to oven for 10 more mins of baking. Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole 3 cups cooked chopped chicken, or canned chicken 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1 cup grated cheese 2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing mix 1/4 cup cooked, chopped bacon 1 (12 oz) can refrigerator Grands Jr Biscuits 1 additional cup grated cheese for top of casserole Instructions Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Combine chicken, soup, sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and bacon. **Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture. Top with remaining cup of grated cheese. Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.
